Manteca Grind - Football Preparation

Football is right around the corner and Manteca Grind has been hosting sessions for young athletes going over speed, strength, agility, football drills, and much more. This group is open to all and has athletes from all teams in our area who attend. This would be a great tool for athletes to start getting in shape and for athletes new to football to get familiar with some drills.

The first session is free, the following sessions are $10 a session. It is open to elementary, Jr High, and HS athletes.
