Manteca Grind is BACK!

Manteca Grind is every Tuesday and Thursday, starting April 30th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Shasta Park in Manteca.

Sessions are open to all and great for any athletes to start getting in shape! We will be working on conditioning, speed, and agility drills.

Cost per sessions are $10 a session. All new athletes will have a waiver form to fill out.
